Company Background

LCA Group has been a cornerstone in the electrical engineering industry for over 35 years. Through, specializing in control:

the company has grown significantly while maintaining a focus on innovation and quality. The relocation to a state-of-the-art facility in Hawarden in 2018 marked a new era of enhanced productivity and expansion

In 2017, LCA Group underwent a significant transformation when it was acquired by its current owners. The transition enabled LCA Group to:

  • enhance its production capabilities
  • streamline its operations
  • position the company for sustainable growth and innovation.

Post-takeover, the new leadership was particularly focused on progression and upsizing the company, driving it towards greater efficiency and expanded service offerings​

Throughout its history, LCA Group has fostered long-term relationships with its clients, with over 80% of them partnering for more than a decade. This loyalty is a testament to the company’s commitment to tailored, high-quality solutions that meet the specific needs of diverse sectors, from nuclear and pharmaceutical to automotive and food industries

Moving into our facility

In 2018, LCA moved into our £3m state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facility is designed to be fully flexible allowing us to cater for one-off, batch, or production line manufacturing. Our investment in world-class automated manufacturing and assembly equipment means we can deliver. The benefits of this move included:

  • A suite of offices and flexible meeting spaces, meaning we can coordinate our activities to serve our clients. Working in partnership with our clients is key to our success so having the right environment can enable this collaboration.
  • The three-acre site provides us with ample room for a large laydown area to support your project needs, allowing pre-stage construction prior to shipping to you, as well as allowing us room for further growth and expansion.
  • Our site is highly secure, from our advanced IT system with a highly secure network infrastructure, to the facility itself. We also have the capability to segregate your projects if needed, providing secure facilities to manage sensitive design and factory acceptance testing.
